Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our presentation design services (the “Service”) provided by
BrandedPPTX (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We offer various design services, including but not limited to presentation design, template design, and other design work. We will provide you with the Services as described on our website. Please note, We do not provide content writing or research services.

2. Project Initiation

Once you’ve submitted your job requirements, we will delve into a comprehensive discussion to thoroughly understand your project needs and provide you with a price quote. Following this, our team will proceed to develop 2-4 sample slides for your evaluation. You can anticipate receiving these samples within a timeframe of 24-48 hours.

In order to commence the creation of these sample slides, we require an upfront deposit of 25% of the total project cost. The remaining balance can be paid once the sample slide is approved. We believe this payment structure provides flexibility and ensures commitment from
serious buyers.

Upon your approval of the sample slides and your satisfaction with their quality, we will embark on the task of completing the remainder of
the work.

3. Standard Delivery

Once the project is discussed and the sample slides are approved by you, the Service will begin. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 days, although this is subject to change depending on the scope and complexity of the project. In cases where additional time is required, we assure you that we will communicate this promptly, keeping you fully informed of the progress.

4. Express Delivery

If you have an urgent need and require expedited delivery, we offer express service at an additional cost. Please inform us about your specific timeline, and we will provide you with pricing options for expedited delivery based on your requirements. In an unlikely event where we are unable to meet the committed express delivery deadline, we guarantee a refund of the additional express delivery cost you incurred. This underscores our commitment to fulfill our promises and uphold our high standard of service.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, including specific design requests, reference samples, feedback, and any other information necessary for the successful completion of the project.

Our design process is tailored around the information and sample materials provided by you. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully plan and define your design preferences and expectations before you share your materials with us. Please note that a change of mind or project scope after the design process has commenced is not acceptable and will not be a valid reason for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all the information you provide to us in confidence. We are also open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon your request.

7. Payment Terms

Our service payment will be pre-discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to the initiation of the project. A preliminary deposit constituting 25% of the total service fee is required to begin the process of sample creation. The outstanding balance can be paid once the sample slide is approved.

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the sample creations, we are committed to revising them until they meet your approval. Alternatively, if you decide not to proceed further, we assure you a refund of your 25% upfront payment. This is part of our commitment to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services.

8. Deliverables

The final deliverables will be submitted to the client in the format that was mutually agreed upon at the project’s inception. Please note that if there are any subsequent requests for alternative formats or corrections due to inaccurate information provided initially, such as file size, file type or any other additional charges may apply to accommodate these changes.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the final files delivered are your property, and you have the rights to use them as you see fit. However, we retain the right to use any work for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your work displayed in our portfolio, please make sure to communicate this preference to us. We respect your privacy and will adhere to your request.

10. Revisions

We offer unlimited minor revisions at no extra cost.

For very small minor revisions, we strive to send them to you within a few hours. Moderate revisions will typically be delivered within a 24-48 hour timeframe.

Please keep in mind that the timeline for modifications may vary depending on the complexity and extent of your specific requests. We prioritize delivering high-quality revisions while ensuring that your requirements are met. It’s important to note that more extensive modifications may require additional time. If you need extensive modifications urgently, additional payment may be necessary.

It’s crucial to understand that the modification timeline is separate from your chosen standard or express delivery schedule.

 

Clarifying Minor and Major Revisions:

Minor revisions refer to slight adjustments that may be necessary after delivery. These alterations should be minor, requiring minimal effort and time to execute. We can accommodate an unlimited number of such minor revisions, even long after the initial delivery has been made.

On the other hand, major revisions stand in contrast to the minor ones. Such revisions are substantial, demanding significant time and effort to complete. When major revisions are requested, we will provide a detailed explanation of the changes required and discuss the need for additional payment to carry out these extensive modifications.

11. Refunds

We believe in maintaining complete transparency with our refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with our initial sample slides, we offer a refund of your 25% advance payment. (Your payment will be refunded within a period of 2-4 days)

However, please note that once the project has progressed beyond the sample creation stage, and you’ve approved the design, we are unable to issue refunds. This is due to the fact that we develop the rest of your design based on your specific approval.

12. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee that our Services will meet your exact requirements or that the delivery will be error-free. If errors are identified after the completion of the Service, we will be happy to correct them.

13. Portfolio and Sample Work

All portfolio items, samples, templates, and any other materials displayed on our website or provided to you as examples of our work are the exclusive property of BrandedPPTX. These materials are for display purposes only and are not intended to be used directly by our clients without written permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, display, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in
legal action.

14. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material on our site violates your copyright, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged copyright infringement. We take copyright infringement matters very seriously and will promptly investigate any claims.

15. Website Content

All the text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and other content (the “Content”) displayed on our website are the property of BrandedPPTX or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, license, or otherwise transfer or use any Content unless we give you explicit permission to do so. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

16. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our website Content or Services, please contact us immediately so that we can take
appropriate action.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
